Store Credit for Change of Mind Returns
Store credit will be issued for change of mind returns. All full-price orders approved for return are eligible for a gift card as store credit.

To qualify for store credit, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the packing slip as proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Store credit is issued as a gift card and sent electronically to the original email address of the order. If you haven't received it, check your spam/junk folder. Gift cards are valid for one year from the issue date and are non-refundable.

All items purchased during a sale are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. 

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, contact us at info@hiddenofficial.com.au. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Colour Accuracy
We make every effort to accurately display the colour ways of our products. However, please note that factors such as lighting, settings, and individual monitor variations may affect colour perception. We encourage you to contact us before placing your order to confirm colours, shades, and other details.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Please note that we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event where there is damage to a product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. A replacement will be considered upon review if the item is found to be damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to refuse the return if, upon inspection, the damage is determined to have been caused by improper use, such as the use of pins, steamers, or other non-manufacturer issues. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for all our customers
