Fulfillment
Same day shipping is available for all orders placed before 1pm AEST, excluding weekends, public holidays, and major events/sales.

Australian Orders

• $10 Standard Postage
  Estimated transit time: 2-8 business days

• $15 Express Postage
  Estimated transit time: 1-2 business days

International Orders

• $30 Standard Postage
  Estimated transit time: 6-27 business days
  

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email/text once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we cannot offer reimbursement for the package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hidden is not responsible for any additional fees charged by international customs or post offices.

Damages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages in transit. Please contact Australia Post to file a claim.
